Water1/2 cups

Rinse the quinoa under cold water.2
Cook the quinoa in a pot with 1/2 cup water for about 15 minutes, until it absorbs all the water and becomes puffed up.3
Leave the quinoa to cool.4
Mash the banana in a bowl.5
Add the cooled quinoa, butter, chia seeds, coconut flakes, flour, cinnamon, sesame seeds, maple syrup, nuts, and dried cranberries.6
Mix everything thoroughly.7
Preheat the oven to 180°C.8
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the mixture evenly, and shape into bars.9
Bake for about 50 minutes, until the bars become golden.10
Leave the bars to cool completely.Serving
