

A light lunch for two, served in jars. Perfect for a picnic or a quick outdoor meal. Quick to prepare and full of spring flavors.
Ingredients
50 g of pasta
chicken breast
125 g of Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
cherry tomatoes
corn
vegetables of choice: mixed salad, radishes, green peas, ...
gyros seasoning, salt and pepper
olive oil
Preparation
Cut the chicken breast into small cubes, season with salt, pepper, and gyros seasoning. Mix and let marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden. Let it cool down.
Cook the pasta al dente and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Prepare the sauce by mixing the Greek yogurt with the mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
Fill the jars alternately with layers of yogurt-mayo sauce, chicken, corn, pasta, tomatoes, and your choice of vegetables.
