

Risotto is a delicious, hearty dish that combines ease of preparation with exceptional flavor. This recipe is for four people.
Ingredients
300 g of risotto rice
1/2 onion
1 clove of garlic
30 g of parmesan
2 chicken fillets
1/2 cup of green peas
a handful of green beans
1 liter of broth
1/4 block of butter
olive oil
sweet and hot paprika
salt
Preparation
Sauté the onion in olive oil in a deep pan, then add the garlic and raw rice. Stir until the rice becomes slightly translucent.
Gradually add the broth, stirring until the rice absorbs the liquid. Continue cooking until the rice is al dente (about 15-20 minutes). Halfway through cooking, add the peas.
Cut the chicken into pieces, season with salt and paprika, then cook in a separate pan.
Cook the green beans al dente, then sauté them in butter.
When the rice is ready, add the chicken, green beans, butter, and grated parmesan. Stir and season to taste.
