Saute the onion in olive oil in a deep pan.2
Add the garlic and the rice. Stir until the grains become slightly translucent.3
Gradually add the hot broth, stirring and waiting until the rice absorbs the liquid before adding the next portion. A few minutes before the end of cooking, add the peas and cook until the rice is al dente (about 15-20 minutes).4
Cut the chicken into small pieces and season with salt, sweet paprika, and hot paprika.5
Fry the chicken in a separate pan until it is well cooked.6
Trim the ends of the green beans.7
Cook the green beans for about 5 minutes.8
Drain the green beans and saute them in 10 g of butter.9
Add the chicken, the green beans, the remaining 15 g of butter, and the grated parmesan.10
Stir and season with salt if needed.
