Soy sauce2 tbsp

Garlic2 cloves

Potato starch1 tbsp

Water1/2 cups

Olive oilfor frying

Salt and pepper

Cut the chicken into pieces.2
Mix the chicken with chopped garlic, soy sauce, salt, sweet paprika, and hot paprika.3
Set aside in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.4
Peel the celery root and cut it into strips.5
Slice the carrots.6
Cut the pepper into strips.7
Chop the onion.8
Cut the peaches into cubes.9
Sauté the celery and carrot in olive oil in a large pot until slightly softened.10
