Clean the liver and rinse it with cold water.2
Mix the milk with 1 tablespoon of honey and soak the liver in the marinade.3
Place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.4
Slice the onions into rounds or wedges.5
Fry the onions in oil until translucent.6
Transfer the onions to a bowl.7
In the same pan, melt the butter.8
Add the sliced apple, drizzle it with 1 teaspoon of honey, and fry until it begins to caramelize.9
Add the cinnamon and the onions, then remove the pan from the heat.10
Drain the milk from the marinade.11
Fry the liver first over high heat for about 3 minutes, then cover the pan and cook for a few more minutes until it is done.12
