

A delicious chocolate mousse, perfect for special occasions. Sometimes it's worth indulging and forgetting about the calories to enjoy the flavor.
Ingredients
3 eggs
100 g mascarpone
100 g milk chocolate
50 g milk chocolate (for the topping)
100 ml heavy cream (for the topping)
1 tablespoon dark cocoa powder (for the topping)
Preparation
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Whisk the yolks until fluffy, then add the mascarpone and gently mix.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, and once it cools, add it to the mixture and stir.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold them into the rest of the ingredients and transfer the mousse into serving cups. Refrigerate for an hour.
To prepare the topping, melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add the cream and cocoa powder, then mix thoroughly. If the topping is too thick, add more cream or milk.
Pour the chilled topping over the mousse and refrigerate the dessert for at least two hours, preferably overnight.
