

Green beans are a perfect side dish for many meals. Combined with carrots and a breadcrumb sauce, they make a flavorful and tasty dish. This recipe serves two people.
Ingredients
1/2 kg of fresh yellow green beans
4 young carrots
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
half a bunch of fresh dill
parmesan to taste
salt
Preparation
Wash the green beans and trim the ends. Peel the carrots, then cook the green beans and carrots in salted water until they are tender. Drain the vegetables.
Heat butter in a pan, add breadcrumbs and fry briefly until the breadcrumbs turn golden brown. Pour the sauce over the cooked vegetables.
Sprinkle the dish with fresh, chopped dill and grated parmesan. Serve hot.
