150 ml buttermilk
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1 clove of garlic
Herbes de Provence
sweet and hot paprika
salt and pepper

Asparagus Sauce Preparation

Cook the asparagus in salted water with a little butter until tender.

Blend the cooked asparagus, reserving the cooking liquid.

Mix the marinade ingredients (buttermilk, mustard, balsamic vinegar, thyme, garlic, Herbes de Provence, paprika, salt, and pepper) in a bowl.
