Flaxseed3 tbsp

Rolled oats3 tbsp

Sunflower seeds3 tbsp

Add the flour and salt to the bowl of a mixer.2
Pour in the warm water and mix briefly.3
Add the sourdough starter and mix again.4
Set aside 4 tablespoons of dough in a jar, close it, and place it in the fridge for the next bake.5
Add the flaxseeds, rolled oats, and sunflower seeds.6

Grease the molds with butter and sprinkle them with seeds.8
Transfer the dough to the loaf pans.9
Cover the loaf pans with a cloth and set aside for about 12 hours, preferably overnight, until the dough rises.10
Preheat the oven to 180°C.11
