

A light honey salad on toast with goat cheese and figs, perfect for two people.
Ingredients
100 g goat camembert cheese
about 15 cherry tomatoes
mixed salad leaves
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
half a pear
4 fresh figs
6 slices of baguette
lemon juice
Preparation
On a plate, lay down the mixed salad leaves. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and dice the pear, skin on. Cut the figs into quarters.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Slice the baguette and place slices of camembert cheese on each piece. Put the toast in the oven for 10 minutes until golden.
Once the toasts are out of the oven, arrange them on a plate. Add the sliced figs and pear. Drizzle everything with honey, soy sauce, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
