2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of flour
250 ml heavy cream (30%)
1 tablespoon of sour cream
a pinch of turmeric
1 kg ground meat (pork and beef mix)
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1.5 liters of broth
spices: salt, sweet paprika, hot paprika, white pepper
olive oil
a bunch of fresh dill

Preparation

Place the ground meat in a large bowl, add the eggs, egg yolk, finely chopped onion, and minced garlic.

Season the meat with salt, pepper, sweet and hot paprika.

Add a tablespoon of olive oil.

Add fresh chopped dill and mix everything thoroughly.

Form small balls and drop them into the simmering broth.

Cook for about 30 minutes over low heat.

Remove the cooked meatballs with a slotted spoon and set aside.

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.

Add the flour and stir with a whisk until smooth.
