Place the ground meat in a large bowl, add the eggs, egg yolk, finely chopped onion, and minced garlic.2
Season the meat with salt, pepper, sweet and hot paprika.3
Add a tablespoon of olive oil.4
Add fresh chopped dill and mix everything thoroughly.5
Form small balls and drop them into the simmering broth.6
