

Everyone knows potato pancakes. This is my version.
Ingredients
600 g of potatoes
half an onion
1 clove of garlic
1 egg
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
1 teaspoon of potato flour
1 tablespoon of sour cream
oil for frying
1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
salt and pepper
Preparation
Peel the potatoes and onion. Then grate them on a fine grater.
Drain the potatoes from excess water using a strainer.
Mix the potatoes with the onion, egg, flour, and sour cream.
Add the pressed garlic and chopped parsley.
Season with salt and pepper, then fry on both sides until golden brown.
Serving Options
Serve the pancakes with sour cream or yogurt, and sprinkle with parsley.
Alternatively, serve them sweet: sprinkle with sugar, everything according to your preferences.
