Mix the quinoa with the bulgur wheat and rinse several times in a sieve under cold water.2
Cook in salted water in a ratio of 1 cup of grain mix to 2 cups of water for about 12 minutes over low heat, covered.3
Set aside to cool completely.4
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.5
Rinse the lettuce leaves and tear into smaller pieces.6
