Wash the rhubarb stalks and trim the ends.2
Cut the rhubarb and strawberries into small pieces.3
Place the rhubarb and strawberries in a small pot and add the sugar and a little water.4
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.5
Soak the gelatin in a small amount of cold water and leave it to swell.6
Add the gelatin to the hot fruit mixture with the lemon juice and mix thoroughly.7
Pour the mixture into serving cups.8
