Ingredients
100 g fresh raw salmon
1 small shallot onion
half a red onion
1 pickled cucumber
1 tablespoon chopped dill
1 teaspoon truffle oil
lemon juice
spices: sweet paprika, hot paprika, salt, pepper
olive oil
Preparation
Rinse the salmon meat and cut it into small cubes. Remove any bones if found.
Finely chop the shallot, red onion, and cucumber.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Season to taste with salt, pepper, and other spices.
Serve on crispy buttered toast, drizzled with truffle oil.
