Ingredients

200 g raw salmon
1 avocado
100 g Mascarpone cheese
100 g cream cheese (Philadelphia)
5 tablespoons cream
1 shallot
olive oil
1 tablespoon truffle oil (optional)
lemon juice
salt and pepper
a pinch of chives for garnish

Preparation

Chop the salmon into small pieces and the shallot. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil. If you have truffle oil, add it for a unique flavor.
Cut the avocado into cubes and drizzle with lemon juice to prevent it from browning.
Mix the Mascarpone cheese with the Philadelphia cheese and cream to make a smooth mixture.
