100 g ham
2 pickled cucumbers
2-3 pickled onions

1 egg
200 g turkey fillet
1-2 teaspoons curry powder
100 g pineapple (fresh or canned)
2 tablespoons natural yogurt
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
olive oil for frying
salt and pepper to taste
Bacon Spread in Mustard Sauce
100 g bacon
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon 18% cream
1 shallot
1 tablespoon chopped chives
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Ham Spread
Boil the egg hard, then chop it finely.
Chop the ham, pickled cucumbers, and pickled onions into small cubes.
Mix all ingredients with mayonnaise and yogurt.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Curry Turkey with Pineapple Spread
Chop the turkey fillet into small pieces, then season with curry, salt, and pepper.
Fry the turkey in a pan until golden with a bit of oil.
Mix the yogurt with the remaining curry powder and finely chopped parsley.
Add the fried turkey and chopped pineapple.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bacon in Mustard Sauce Spread
Fry the bacon pieces in a pan until crispy.
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, and cream with finely chopped shallot and thinly sliced chives.
Add the bacon and season with salt and pepper.
