Ingredients
450 g shrimp (frozen or fresh)
350 ml heavy cream (30%)
1 onion
1 garlic clove
parsley
olive oil
salt, pepper
sweet paprika (or chili paprika)
Preparation
If using frozen shrimp, thaw them before starting the cooking process.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the finely chopped onion.
Add the minced garlic, then the shrimp. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Pour in the cream and cook on high heat until the sauce thickens.
Season with salt, pepper, and either sweet paprika or chili, according to your preference.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
