Cook the broad beans in salted water, drain, and peel them.2
In the same water, cook the green peas for about 5 minutes.3
Heat a bit of olive oil in a pan.4
Sauté the chopped red onion.5
Add the cooked broad beans, green peas, and a crushed garlic clove.6
Add lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with parsley, and mix.7
