The colorful tomato tart looks like a painting made with tomatoes and tastes as good as it looks.

To prepare the tart, you'll need tomatoes of different varieties. The more diverse their colors, the better. There is a wide selection, from classic red, orange, or yellow to green and brown.

Ingredients

4
150 g of assorted tomatoes
1 roll of pizza dough (pizza base)
30 g of Parmesan
1 circle of mozzarella cheese
150 g of ricotta cheese
1 tablespoon of olive oil
a bunch of fresh thyme and rosemary
1 small clove of garlic
salt and pepper
a few basil leaves

Preparation

1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3
Roll out the pizza dough, place it on the sheet, and form the edges of the tart.
4
Evenly spread the ricotta cheese over the dough, leaving a small border.
5
Drizzle with olive oil.
6
Sprinkle with chopped thyme and rosemary.
7
Top with thinly sliced garlic.
8
Place the tart in the oven and bake for 20 minutes until the dough turns lightly golden.
9
Slice the large tomatoes into thin rounds.
10
Cut the small cherry tomatoes in half.
11
Remove the tart from the oven.
12
Arrange the prepared tomatoes on top of the tart.
13
