A soup that is actually a delicious dessert. If you're not a fan of white chocolate, this recipe might just change your mind.
Ingredients
200 g white chocolate
100 ml heavy cream
150 g mascarpone cheese
Half a vanilla bean
4 passion fruits
1 lemon
100 ml coconut milk
100 g forest fruits (raspberries, blueberries)
Half a teaspoon of cocoa powder (for sprinkling)
Preparation
Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, adding half of the cream.
In the meantime, blend the mascarpone cheese with the other half of the cream and coconut milk until smooth. Add the pulp of the vanilla bean.
Scoop out the pulp from the passion fruits and blend it. Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove the seeds.
Combine the melted white chocolate, the blended mascarpone mixture, and passion fruit juice. Squeeze in the lemon juice and mix well.
Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for about an hour to achieve the right consistency.
After chilling, pour into bowls. Serve the dessert sprinkled with cocoa powder and garnished with forest fruits and fresh mint leaves.
