If the mushrooms are large, cut them into quarters.2
Sauté them in a little oil until browned.3
Transfer the mushrooms to a large pot.4
In the same pan, sauté the finely chopped onion until translucent.5
Add the garlic pressed through a garlic press and cook briefly.6
Transfer to the pot.7
Cut the sausages into dice or slices.8
Sauté them in the same pan and transfer to the pot.9
Peel the tomatoes and cut them into pieces.10
Add them to the pot together with the tomato puree.11
