Preheat the oven to 180°C.2
Wrap the beets in their skins in aluminum foil and bake for about 40 minutes, until they are tender.3
Let the beets cool and peel them.4
Cut them into small cubes.5
Cut the apple and onion into cubes.6
In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the Greek yogurt and add lemon juice to taste.7
Cut the herring into small strips. Combine all the ingredients with the prepared sauce.8
Mix all the ingredients together, then season with pepper and, if needed, salt.Serving
Sprinkle the salad with freshly chopped dill.
