150 ml broth
fresh oregano
olive oil
parsley
Preparation

Slice the sweet potatoes into thin, even slices using a mandoline slicer.2
Arrange the slices tightly in a baking dish.3
Pour warm broth over the potatoes, drizzle with olive oil, and season with fresh oregano.4
