Wash the zucchini and slice them.2
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan.3
Fry the zucchini for a few minutes, until they soften slightly and begin to brown.4
Add the finely chopped garlic and fry for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.5
Add the cashews and fry together for 2–3 minutes.6
Mix the balsamic vinegar with the honey, pour it into the pan, and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.7
