Soft, naturally sweet banana and apple oatmeal cookies made without added sugar or processed ingredients.
Ingredients

1 ripe banana
1 apple
1 cup of rolled oats
3 tablespoons of almond flour
1/4 cup of raisins or dried cranberries (optional)
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190°C.2
Mash the banana with a fork until smooth.3
Grate the apple and add it to the banana.4
Add the rolled oats, almond flour, and, if using, the raisins or dried cranberries.5
Mix thoroughly until the mixture is uniform.6
Shape small balls, place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and flatten them slightly.7
Bake for about 15 minutes, until the edges of the cookies are lightly browned.Notes
During baking, you can optionally sprinkle the cookies with dark chocolate pieces and almond flakes.
For the best natural sweetness, use a very ripe banana.
