In a large bowl, mix the eggs, cottage cheese, baking powder, and salt.2
Add the rolled oats and cranberries, then mix thoroughly until combined.3
Set the mixture aside for about 10 minutes so the rolled oats absorb some of the moisture.4
With damp hands, shape 8-10 rolls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.5
Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 25 minutes, until the rolls are lightly golden.Serving
