A fresh, spring dessert with chia seeds, strawberries, and cherry jam, perfect for four people.

Ingredients

4 Greek yogurts (125 g each)
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1/3 cup milk
1 mango
strawberries
cherry jam

Preparation

Mix the yogurt with milk and chia seeds.
In the bottom of serving cups, place a layer of cherry jam, which contrasts beautifully with the sweet mango. Then add the yogurt and chia mixture, followed by sliced strawberries. Top with blended mango.
You can decorate the dessert with a mint leaf for an herbal flavor. On hot days, it's a good idea to chill it slightly.
