Ingredients

150 g all-purpose flour
50 g rolled oats
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons almond flakes
100 g butter

300 g mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
a little butter (for greasing the pan)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 150°C.
Mix the rolled oats, flour, powdered sugar, and cold butter until a crumble forms.
Grease the pan with butter and place the mixed berries and raspberries in it.
Sprinkle the fruit with the prepared crumble and almond flakes.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, until the crumble turns golden and crispy.
Serve the crumble warm, with ice cream and fresh raspberries.
