

Spring cabbage salad is a light, flavorful snack that can be served with any dish. Young cabbage with carrots and dill is a perfect combination for spring.
Ingredients
1 small head of white cabbage
1 carrot
1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
half an onion
1 teaspoon sugar
salt
Preparation
Shred the cabbage and onion.
Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
Add salt, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. Wait 5 minutes for the flavors to blend.
Add the olive oil.
Transfer to a salad bowl and it's ready – spring salad as a side dish.
