A simple and delicious dish combining pan-fried chicken with creamy tzatziki sauce.

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

Marinade

1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
5 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup of coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon hot paprika
salt and pepper to taste
oil for frying

Tzatziki Dip

250 g Greek yogurt
2 cucumbers
2 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all the marinade ingredients.
Cut the chicken breasts lengthwise into 8 long pieces.
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Grate the cucumbers on a coarse grater.
Salt the cucumbers and let them rest for 20 minutes.
Squeeze out the excess water from the cucumbers.
Add the minced garlic and yogurt.
Mix the dip and season with salt and pepper.
Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers.
Fry the skewers in a pan with a little oil until golden brown and cooked through.
