
A simple and delicious dish combining grilled chicken with creamy tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
Marinade
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of curry powder
5 tablespoons of olive oil
1/3 cup of coconut milk
Spices: hot paprika, salt, and pepper to taste
Oil for frying the skewers
Dip
250 g of Greek yogurt
2 cucumbers
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix all the marinade ingredients.
Cut the chicken breasts lengthwise into 8 long pieces.
Marinate the chicken pieces by mixing them with the marinade, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Grate the cucumbers on a coarse grater, add salt, and let them rest for 20 minutes. Then squeeze out excess water, add minced garlic, and mix with yogurt. Season with salt and pepper.
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
Fry the skewers in a pan with a bit of oil until golden brown and cooked through.
